本剧根据海口市龙(lóng )华区人(rén )民法院(yuàn )真实案例改编。申(✉)请执行人(🔸)田志(zhì )康(🤲)与被(bèi )执行人(rén )陈光友(yǒu )借款纠纷一案，龙华法院(yuàn )作出生(shēng )效判决(jué )：陈光(🚓)(guāng )友偿还(💠)田志康80万(🚚)元(yuán )。龙华(🆔)法院立(lì )案执行(háng )后，经(jīng )查，除了登记在被执行人名下的(de )宝马车(chē )外，未(wèi )发现(🌗)其他可供(🔊)执行的财产，龙华(huá )法院遂(suí )裁定查(chá )封该车。孰料，查封该车后扣押(yā )该车前(qiá(🤯)n )，被执(zhí )行(❄)人陈光友(😶)因其他债务将车辆抵(dǐ )偿给了(le )有黑社(shè )会背景(jǐng )的案外人卢一飞。
