Stefan Gabriel (Martin Wuttke) ist Bademeister und engagierter Vater zweier sehr unterschiedlicher Töchter. Die 12-jä(🥢)hrige Jessica (Ella Frey) wird wegen ihres wenig mädchenhaften Aussehens oft für einen Jungen gehalten und hat mit einer ganzen Reihe Ticks zu kämpfen. Ihre drei Jahre ältere Schwester Sabrina (Emilia Bernsdorf) ist hingegen zwar hübsch, leidet aber unter einer schweren Krankheit. During the slavery period in Brazil, a sugar cane farm was the stage for the darkest kinds of horrors. Years later, the place's cruel past is still stained in its walls, even if unnoticed, until a series of strange events starts happening and death returns to the farm. The film is divided in five short horror stories.

Art dealer Trevor and his best friend Dante, an Italian/American fashion photographer, holiday in Capri where they both fall for Antonia, a local beauty. One of them marries her. The remains of a female body are recovered from Regent's Canal, and both her husband and his best friend are suspects in what increasingly appears to be a murder. This fast-moving story travels backwards in time. Exploration of the mystery of Antonia's fate follows twists and turns as hair-raising as the roads on the mountainous isle of Capri. The audience is ushered to the astonishing ending, proving along the way that the deepest mystery of all is that of the soul torn between desire and loyalty.

Laura Wagner has a promising career as a young auctioneer, but her life looks set to fall apart when she's the victim of a rape.
